Administrative Assistant at pManifold in Nagpur, India

Responsibilities:
  • Handle day to day administrative tasks such as
    • Office Filing, CRM data entry
    • Errands such as going to banks / office for transaction processing
    • Office upkeep, Keep office supplies optimum, Handle utility payments
    • Any other office assistance as may be required
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Sat & Sunday off
  • Opportunity to learn new things and expand skill set
  • Petrol allowance will be provided
  • Salary upto INR 24000 per annum (2000 per month) 
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification - Minimum HSC (12th Std ) passed with basic knowledge of operating Computers applications
  • English writing /speaking skills - Average
  • Preferable Experience level - Students pursuing Graduation (BCOM, BA etc)
  • General Characteristics - Dedicated, honest and hardworking, Should have own 2 wheeler (Bicycle is also fine)
Other Details:
Work timings - Flexible  - 4 hours a day  , 5 / 6days per week
Working time (IST slot) - preferable : 10.30am - 2.30 pm  / 2 - 6pm
 
Reporting to: Business Manager
