Admission Notice
For
MASTER OF LABOUR STUDIES (M.L.S.)

Regional Labour Institute, Nagpur is a Branch of Late Narayan Meghaji Lokhande
Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Mumbai under Labour Department of
Government of Maharashtra. Applications in prescribed form are invited for admission to
the Ist Year Post-Graduate 2 Years Degree Course i.e. Master of Labour Studies of
R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur.  This Course is recognized as a requisite
qualification for Welfare Officer under The Factories Act, 1948. Total 40 Seats are
available in which 50 percent seats may be allotted for candidates  of Vidarbha &
Marathwada Region.  The concessions to Backward Class candidates are available as per
government rules.

Educational Qualification :- The candidates having Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory
university in any faculty or an equivalent are eligible to apply, whose results are awaited
can also apply in anticipation of their results but it is compulsory to communicate it
within24 hours of declaration.
